His career began with a technical foundation as a Ground Radio Electronic Technician in the United States Air Force, where he developed critical discipline and problem-solving skills that have guided his leadership style.

Over the decades, Glenn has built a reputation for driving operational excellence, leading mergers and acquisitions, and fostering strategic growth initiatives that consistently deliver strong returns for investors and stakeholders.

Currently, Glenn serves on the board of AMP / Advanced Motor Power Technology and Executive Consultant for Graphene Valley Corporation.

Beyond his distinguished professional career, Glenn is a devoted husband to his wife, Tia, and a committed family man with four children and ten grandchildren.
